Assessments and Development Programs

Personality Type
Myers-Briggs Type Indicator®

The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI®) is the world's premiere scientifically valid and reliable instrument that gives us clear insight regarding our personality preferences and tendencies.

In other words this assessment provides us with clear guidance on where we get our energy and where our preferences are, or where we tend to go first, when leading, learning, communicating, making decision, managing change and managing conflict.

More specifically we can gain insights on:

  • Where our source of personal energy comes from – and what we may need to do to “recharge our batteries”
  • How we prefer to take in information about the world around us and give it meaning
  • How we prefer to make decisions, judgments, and take action, and
  • How much structure we require as we go about doing things

The results indicate our strengths and unique gifts, while also pointing out vulnerabilities and areas for personal development.

Moreover, the MBTI® provides us with directed opportunities to enhance our skills and competencies in the areas of:

  • Leading
  • Learning
  • Communicating
  • Making Decisions
  • Managing Change
  • Managing Conflict

Within groups, the MBTI® is useful to help recognize and value differences among individuals, so that the strengths can be combined and some interpersonal difficulties may be more easily overcome. This provides an excellent opportunity to enhance your organization’s effectiveness at achieving your goals and objectives for performance and results.

How Can the MBTI® be Delivered?

The MBTI® can be delivered for:

  • Individuals – Through One on One debrief and coaching sessions
  • Teams – In a workshop setting for groups of individuals with opportunities to examine and practice a variety of applications of Type awareness that range from half day to two day options
