What Does an Individual EQ Assessment Look Like?

What Does a 360 Degree EQ Assessment Look Like?

The EQ-i 360 combines a self report with a multirater assessment (which may include Managers, Peers, Subordinates, Friends, Family and Others) to provide a complete 360-degree and potentially three dimensional overview of an individual's present emotional and social functioning. What Does a Group EQ Assessment Look Like?

Used as a roll-up report for individuals who have taken the EQ-i, the EQ-i Group Report provides an overall picture of EQ functioning across teams, groups or an entire organization while maintaining the confidentiality of individuals. This report provides insight into overall areas of strength and also provides an indication of overall areas that may require specific development and focus. This report can also indicate trends and movement of specific EQ factors and is therefore an excellent way of measuring the success of specific learning and development programs or initiatives over time.
